Every eighty-four years, Uranus returns to the sign, Aquarius, of which it is the modern ruler. Its energies are extraordinarily intense during that time as new paradigms enter the collective in every area from the arts, through science, and on to politics and social customs. As they do so, they meet extraordinary resistance from the dying structures of the past.
Uranus passed through Aquarius from 1995 through 2003. Steven presented this lecture early in that cycle.
